« Parking is all over the place and the rooms are old and run down. They offer a breakfast but nothing special. The shower still had hair in it from previous guests. »

« Great spot! Close to everything and has a nice family restaurant on site which was very good »

« The property was under construction but there was not a lot of inconvenience. »

« This was perfect for what we needed for our family. The shower was extremely small. My husband is 6’4” and he didn’t physically fit in the shower. We were very thankful to have a private bathroom though. Otherwise, it was perfect for what we needed. »

« Bon rapport qualité prix »

« its a very cute place. enjoyed the pool and hot tub. many of the light fixtures do not work. the drain in the bathroom sink was EXTREMELy slow »

« Denny was readily available to answer my questions. Appreciated the restaurant suggestions he gave. Wildflower 16 was just the right amount of space for the 2 of us. »

« I traveled with my dog and was with her 100% of the time. The owner claimed my dog damaged his property -yet didn't even state what damage was supposedly done. Clearly, he was just trying to milk me for more money. I highly recommend staying away from this property. Frankly, the amount charged was way too much to begin with. Stay here at your own risk. »

« Wonderful condo! Great location, perfectly described with lots of amenities not listed. Easy check in. Stacey is a great host and we look forward to staying again! Great off season value too. So nice to just relax but also lots to do! »

« “This place is absolutely awesome! The rooms are very nice and super clean. The hospitality was outstanding – welcoming, and always ready to help. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and great service.” »

« Great guy! Check-in was easy and he even let us stay a little later at checkout, which was very convenient for us a little bit high on the price, but it was really nice and we had a great time there! »

« Very responsive hosts. Tidy and easy access. Thanks! »

« The Vrbo was great. Highly recommend if attending events nearby in Ellicottville or at Holiday Valley. The environment was pristine and quiet. »

« The Condo was wonderful, clean, and and ready at the check in time. »

« Very enjoyable stay…would definitely stay there again! »

« Great place to host multiple families with separate suites. Suite 102 could use a door or hanging curtain to separate the main bedroom from the shared bathroom and shower hallway. »

« Great location, comfortable beds, but a bit dated. »
