« We absolutely loved it here. One hundred percent as described. Pet friendly- our 2 beasts roamed the creek, it was pretty dry but that was expected. This cabin is like being far far away. Great rental, great communication with the owner, just perfect overall. »

« Great Stay. Wonderful property and had a great time. Did some hiking nearby at Boyce Hill State Forest and a trip to Letchworth State Park and enjoyed Ellicottville. This was a great homebase for our adventures and loved sitting by the campfire admiring the pond and wildlife.Would certainly stay there again! »

« Great layout, property, and amenities. The game room was the highlight for the kids and adults all weekend. Easy drive into ellicottville, but far enough away from town to enjoy quiet. Owners were very accommodating and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. Thanks for a great weekend! »
