« Clean, cute, cozy. We enjoyed our keurig flavored coffee each am that hostess provided. Communication was prompt and clear. Loved the wrought iron industrial touches. Very safe and quiet area. Parking suv and kayak trailer comfortable on site! Kitchen well aupplied. Bathroom products so nice, I made sure to locate and buy on way home! Thank you for a delightful stay. »

« We had a good time walking around town. It was close to everything. The apartment was cozy and met all of our needs except the daily news. We are "seniors" and technology comes hard to us. It would have been nice to have cable channels. Thank you for the Lily Pad and its good location. »

« My husband and I came for my son’s graduation. The apartment was nice, perfect for 2 people and just a short drive from Syracuse. »

« Nice location in the heart of Sylvan Beach. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment itself is above The Sandy Pail store. We heard no noise from down below. The entrance is behind an ice cream store and not very attractive. But the apartment is clean, modern, and nicely decorated in a contemporary manner. There is no dishwasher or washer dryer. »

« Several of my friends come up to the area every year for a memorial golf outing for an old Army buddy of ours and this was a great location for us as we rented both halves of this property. Close to the beach and restaurants with great amenities and plenty of room for all of us. Will look to make this our regular place year in and year out. »

« We stayed on the lake which was absolutely beautiful. We met the property manager Janet and she was very sweet. She checked on everyone who stayed and made sure we had everything we needed, answered any questions we had, and suggested some great places to eat or local stores. The place is simple and that was what we were lookimg for as we were outside the whole time. The place has a beautiful lake that you can sit and look at all day. It is also located in a nice area of whitesboro where a lot of stores are in walking distance or just a few minutes away in a car. Communication with the host was very easy and straight forward. »
