You can expect a modern, optically very appealing, bright holiday apartment with its own
small garden including terrace.
Divided over two floors, there is one bedroom with a double bed each.
The living room also has a foldable, comfortable sofa bed for two people.
A fully equipped, open kitchen with a large dining table invites you to enjoy.
In the upper living area there is also a daylight bathroom with shower and bidet.
The bedroom with a small window on the lower floor has a small bathroom, also with a real glass shower.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning including a heating function in the upper living and sleeping area.
An underground parking space is available free of charge.

The residence is located in Toscolano-Maderno, on Lake Garda in a sunny and panoramic position with lake view from the pool and partial lake view directly from the apartment.
Families and nature lovers feel they have arrived at the perfect holiday destination.
Golfers will enjoy the nearby, historically shaped, third oldest golf course in Italy "Bogliaco"
Within walking distance (about 5 minutes) you can reach a small shop with fresh bread, groceries and the most important everyday things, as well as a restaurant and a pizzeria.

The Dolce Vita holiday complex is just a few minutes' drive from the most beautiful beaches on Lake Garda and from the center of Toscolano (5 km) and Gargnano (3 km).
Toscolano-Maderno is a pretty little town on the western shore of Lake Garda, with idyllic landscapes, a picturesque lakeside promenade, many restaurants, bars and shops. Toscolano-Maderno is also an ideal location for many excursions. There is a ferry service across the lake to “Torri del Benaco”.

The famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the water park Caneva are about 55 km away to spend a day of fun. Ask for discounted tickets at check-in.
