« Notre hôte était fort aimable et respectueux. Un verre de bienvenue. Il a accepté de garder nos valises le lendemain matin avant notre départ, pour que nous puissions visiter un temple. La literie est parfaite et les pieces sont très propres. A disposition brosse à dents, dentifrice, gel douche .. Restaurants, supérette, le temple Toshogu Shrine, le pont sacré Shinkyo et autres lieux touristiques très proches. La gare est à environ 25 minutes à pied tranquillement. « We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend with two families; children ranged from 10-14 in age. Communication with the host was great and they were kind and understanding when we arrived late due to traffic. We had a wonderful visit and enjoyed many amenities about the house, as well as the surrounding area. « We had a wonderful stay at this house located just off the main street in Nikko. The owner is very kind and responsive. It is a large house with three large bedrooms, a living room area, a separate full kitchen, large bathroom with washer, and lots of windows. I liked that the main living area is on the first floor (not the ground level) and the bedrooms are on the second level. The ground level is the garage. You do have to climb stairs to get in and out of the house but that wasn’t an issue...
