« The Barcelo Whale Laggon is just a paradise on earth! we tried both the water villa sunset and the beach villa suite sunset, and it was 2 marvellous experience. Food proposed in the all inclusive is just a wonder of taste! All the team of the hotel and the dive center is just perfect, always looking for small details, and helping during the stay. The resort is good size, not too big, not too small, a perfect stay, thank you for all the Barcelo team for that great experience! »

« My wife had an amazing stay, we can highly suggest this hotel. The staff are great, location is perfect with a "Tourist/Bikini" beach just nearby along with some nice reefs to snorkel. They also have loungers at the beach for you. Kayaks, paddle boards, snorkel gear is available for free as well. We did the Whale Shark excursion and the pricing was good. The whale sharks were amazing to see but be ready for some crowds. If you plan to stay on Fenfushi this is the best and only place you should...

« This is a rare find and we felt very privileged to stay here. The island is a locals island and felt like a real Maldivian experience. As advertised, you can dive 3 times each day which is amazing. The staff are all incredibly lovely and kind. The rooms are perfect for what you need with air con and good Wi-Fi. The food was plentiful and really tasty. If you’re up for an adventure and don’t feel the need for a polished version of the Maldives then this is the place to be. Cultural appropriation...
