« Personal beim CheckIn sehr freundlich. Am Eingang wird auf renovierte Zimmer hingewiesen. Diese waren leider alle ausgebucht. Auf dem Hotelgelände genug Parkplätze vorhanden. Kosten nichts extra. Super angenehm, da Gatlinburg zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Man braucht daher kein Auto um Gatlinburg zu erkunden. Zimmer schon etwas älter. Aber alles sauber und ordentlich. »

« Double beds that weren’t level because the floor isn’t level( historic), so I slept with my head at the foot of the bed. Room wasn’t cleaned 2x. Otherwise, a very nice hotel and wonderful staff. »

« The room was very clean and spacious enough for a twin air mattress to fit comfortably with the two queen beds. The location is great and being able to park and walk to food and attractions, yet being just far enough away so there wasn't late night noise or lights made this an ideal location. We will definitely be returning. »

« WOW! This is an incredible place to stay. Not only a beautiful location, but the level of hospitality here is top-tier. They greet you upon arrival and show you to your room. Offer to help with EVERYTHING! It is truly an experience unlike any other resort/hotel I have stayed at. You truly feel cared about and valued. « Très bon hôtel avec toutes les chambres avec la vue sur la rivière. Hôtel calme avec le personnel très disponible et accueillant. Dommage que la salle du petit déjeuner soit toute petite avec l'obligation de manger dans le hall. »

« The hotel was very well maintained and clean. The pool was very small but it did the trick for the kids. Only wish the bedroom and living area were separate. Appreciated the short walk to all the shops. »

« We had a clogged toilet and when I spoke to the front desk, the lady gave me a plunger to open it myself. She told me that she would try to find someone if I was unable to get it fixed. The pool is in the parking lot and there is a lot of wasps at in the parking lot. »

« Staff was very attentive and helpful. Rooms could use an update but all in all not bad. Kids had a blast in the water/swimming area. »

« Rooms were clean . Location great . Pool is nice . Two major issues . Aircon was so noisy … it was making noise full night .. I stayed 4 nights and they cleaned room just once .. I had to repeatedly ask to change at least towels … at this price I would look for another hotel »

« The stay was absolutely lovely! Would no doubt be 5 stars but the lights in the parking lot are, in fact, that bad. I appreciate the attempt at creating a safer environment but it does almost ruin the balcony and the view after 9 ish. Switching to a security light that is angled down and not up and out would make all the difference. Its like sitting infront of ford f-150 with their brights on.
