« Great central location, however the doors into the rooms are extra heavy, so when people are entering or leaving at 4 am, you’ll be guaranteed to hear them! The Ned was very inviting but the pillows were too high and I left with a stiff neck. Hotel staff were very inviting and helpful. With a little corrections, this hotel wild be on my list of faves! »

« staff so helpful - someone had tampered with tv to change appearance to negative so a desk clerk worked fires to clear it but they were also willing o switch rooms for us! »

« Great downtown apartment concept. Clean simple two bedroom arrangement was perfect fo me out stay. Immaculate. Will definitely look up Cozy Suites again in other locations. »

« Great location and great unit. Walked to the heritage bank center in 5 minutes. Unit was comfortable for our family of 4. My son wanted us to move in permanently. Would stay again if I ever return to the Cincinnati area. »

« Suite chambre de chambre 2x… (fuite d’eau dans la 1ere et taille de la chambre pas conforme à la réservation…) nous nous sommes retrouvé surclassé en chambre Premium… avec bacon avec vue sur… le lobby. Très étrange d’avoir des chambre avec vue sur le bâtiment intérieur. Quoi qu’il en soit le personnel était très accueillant et compréhensif, literie sympa, grande salle de bain, et en plein centre ville. »
