« Loved the style and cleanliness and how helpful the staff was ! We had a room with 2 bunk beds and I was looking so forward to being on one of the top bunks but !! The way the ladder is designed to climb up , makes it very difficult to climb up to the top! It’s a straight up not slanted ladder and you have to turn to the right to grab the bed safety guard which is difficult to do as you’re trying to pull yourself to the top ! « The location is great and love having a streetcar stop right outside. Room was clean and the downtown views are awesome. The rooms are very basic (even a bit more so than some newly constructed/renovated lower tier brands) and the whole property is a bit on the dark side. It’s due for an update but until then the price has tended to be pretty reasonable for the location (paid 350 all in for two nights over Memorial Day weekend booked a month in advance). »

« Good location, we walked to the Reds ballpark but there was also a cheap shuttle option right outside the hotel. Plenty of food and shopping options nearby. All staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fine. Our room had a couple minor maintenance issues we didn't bring up until checkout but overall recommend for a budget friendly option! »

« The property is exactly what you expect a Holiday Inn to be. It’s in good condition and was clean. The staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. There is a train fairly close to keep in mind when packing. We bring a small portable fan for white noise and didn’t hear the train when that was on. »
