No staff at desk when checking in and again checking out. Rang bell during check in and after few mins someone showed. Nobody showed during check out after ringing bell and waiting 5 mins. The room was filthy as were the towels. It looked like the room hasn’t been used in a long while. The tv and alarm clock were unplugged.
Expedia, I am done using your service. Expedia is able to get the prices they get and advertise by arranging the lowest quality rooms unused by hotel vendors. I have to go back to booking with hotels directly where quality for the money is most important to me.
