« Perfect location. Clean, spacious apartment. A few minor complaints. Definitely noisy late at night being so close to broadway. Didn’t bother us, but if you need total quiet to sleep you’re in trouble. No onsite parking — there’s a ramp a block away for 42 bucks a day. And the large windows facing the street were pretty dirty on the outside. Oh
 the pullout bed is NOT comfortable. I just slept on the couch part. Overall excellent spot for a Nashville weekend. Definitely would stay there...

« The location was amazing! Just a block down from Broadway, and 2nd Street also has so much to do. The hotel room was huge, the beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We had views of the river. We had two kings and a pullout couch. The couch was quirky, but we figured it out. The front desk workers were helpful. « A wonderful place, quick response from owners, comfortable beds and everything you need for your stay. BUT.... I really dont want to complain but unfortunately, the neighborhood noise coming into this street facing property was BEYOND overwhelming and made it impossible to sleep for two nights so the four of us were too exhausted to do what we had planned in Nashville. The listing says it is near broadway so we were prepared for some noise but this was rediculously loud and the worst night sleep...
