« The staff was very friendly, but the property needs updating and deeper cleaning. They only clean rooms during your stay on request. We stayed 3 nights, so I requested cleaning at 10:00 a.m. before our final night. When we returned briefly to our room at 4 p.m. it had not been cleaned. I asked again and they said it should have been cleaned and that the cleaning staff was leaving for the day. They apologized and said they would see if they could do it, but if they hadn't by the time we got back...

« The property itself was horrible not clean smelled of cigarettes homeless man in parking lot peeing then he was in the lobby We left an hour after checking in Stains on sheets ceiling was cracked and collapsing. Ice machine was broken out of order AWFUL »

« Dreadful hotel. Might have been renovated in 1985. Ugly colors, depressing. Only one person at the front desk was pleasant (tall, thin guy). Stains in tub, elevator interior was chipped and in disrepair, bathroom had 2 Kleenex left in the box when I arrived. (But were replaced when I asked.) Bathroom lighting is horrible. This was the only hotel available in the area I needed. Never again. »

« Nous avons apprécié la belle superficie de la chambre, et les lits confortables, la grande télévision, l'accueil rapide et sympathique, le parking. Nous n'avons réussi à nous connecter au Wifi gratuitement. C'est assez bruyant dès 5 h le matin. »

« The Tv did not work. They were unable to fix the air conditioner problem, which means the air conditioner ran all day and they were unable to turn it off, which could have caused a fire hazard the refrigerator never did work all my food went bad. I came here to be comfortable and never was comfortable at all. »

« Breakfast had lots of your typical hot and cold options. Cookies baked daily for guests. Beverages free on weekday evenings. Pool and hot tub were nice with the last hour reserved for only adults. Staff so kind and helpful. Laundry was nice. Room was large and clean with comfy beds. Quiet and safe area. »
