« Dreadful hotel. Might have been renovated in 1985. Ugly colors, depressing. Only one person at the front desk was pleasant (tall, thin guy). Stains in tub, elevator interior was chipped and in disrepair, bathroom had 2 Kleenex left in the box when I arrived. (But were replaced when I asked.) Bathroom lighting is horrible. This was the only hotel available in the area I needed. Never again. »

« The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We slept well in the beds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downfall was that the pool was being remodeled and the parking lot was being repaved, but things need to be updated at some point and it just happened to be this week. I would definitely stay here again. »

« Photos are not at all accurate to property. The rooms were not what was pictured. The staff at the check in when shown the photo said I was looking at the wrong one and then showed him I was looking at the correct one. Also had paid for a deluxe king suite which was shown to be spacious when I got there it was a cramped room with a king bed and then a big Jacuzzi next to it and that entire room smelled damp was very unhappy with it. Will not be coming back. »

« I didn't care for the place. The coffee(in lobby only) was horrible! Nothing in the rm., cups, ice bucket etc. The only thing is tissue, that's nice to have. Someone set off the fire alarm at 2am. We all had to get up & the firefighters had to check the building! »

« The staff was extremely rude! Front desk manager got mad because our request to her manager because she was being extremely rude. She then proceeded to tell me that she is going to cancel my reservation and call the police. I then left because I had a long flight and was extremely tired so we left to go to another hotel as we were getting our Uber to go to another hotel, she then came outside while we were waiting outside of the hotel to tell us that we need to get off of the outside property...

« Sometimes my opinion of a place depends on the quality of breakfast, and if it was free. Breakfast wasn't free, and it was just okay. Not the fault of the hotel, but I should have been able to walk to the Convention Center, but due to construction all routes were blocked, which required getting an Uber, since I had no car. The staff was pleasant, the room was clean. Really a fine place. I'd stay there again. »

« Very clean, comfortable accommodations and pleasant staff start to finish. Many restaraunts to choose from within 1-2 miles and many in walking distance (Perry's Steakhouse, Capitol Grill) Cheesecake Factory .05 miles across the street at the strip mall. »
