However, about the bed sheet and towels, since our housekeeping care details in our guest’s hygiene, so although the guests preferred not to change, they could change as they had trained to prioritize that. We believe she had considered it was proper reason. The most important issue that you raised is the slides, normally our slides is not dangerous for everyone as we can see from other guests and children can use it as normal. However, if you could contact us to provide more details regarding this matter, it would appreciated. The last time we checked our kids pool, it seemed to be safe for everyone. Finally, about the old room and new room, we always pay attention to all booking. We assigned the room based on availability and guest’s requests. If our guests are not satisfied with the room, we always have guest service team to support in any requests. They would be more than happy to be of an assistance.
