Upstairs, cabinets had hinges so rusted they were falling off. 2 of the bathrooms near kids bunk rooms the tubs could not hold water, only able to use for showers. The appliances were not that nice and we had to rewash all the dishes because they were put away dirty, for a place of this cost we were quite surprised. Staff were great about dropping off more towels and one staff member, on her day off, went to the store and bought some clothes hangers as there were none in the unit. « The unit was neat and clean and had a great view of the beach and water. The tower was dated and needed some work. The owners were very poor communicating any questions and were overdue or late in letting us access the condo at the contracted time even after we requested an early check-in. We had to contact VRBO to ask an initial question before booking and had to contact VRBO again to get checked in as there was zero communication from the owner at check-in time. »

« The property is stocked to the brim with supplies. The beach chairs were both broken and I actually cut my leg on one, discovering this on the beach. We traveled in March and the pool was not heated. Overall, the property is as advertised but some of the reasons I booked like beach comforts and the pool were not accurate. »
