« The property sits in quiet area very close to mtsu. The units are well insulated. My partner and I are both light sleepers and we weren’t bothered by street sounds or other guests. My only complaints were the mattress felt like a stack of cold waffles and the pull out bed was more of a cot than a bed but overall still a great stay! »

« Entire hotel under construction, I would not have ever booked here if I knew this. Noise was loud and it was very dirty. Very disappointed »

The staff is exceptional, attentive, engaging, never coming across as just doing a job, but seemingly interacting proactively with guests. A whole new higher standard of service altogether. Rooms tastefully appointed with useful and functional equipment, with attention to detail. »

« The rating on this property is very misleading. This place is a dive and i did not stay there, because i did not want to put my family in jeopardy of running into some meth head that lives at this property. The reason they dont offer a refund is because its way of them keeping the money without anyone staying there. One room I was shown had a bubbled floor and cuts all in the vinyl flooring and stunk to high heaven, like it had been flooded and not properly repaired. This place is a joke. »

« Stayed at many places in Nashville as I return monthly. Many have been bought out and prices raised dramatically. As a weekday traveler I found this to be the right price and great accommodations. Location perfect and near lots of nice bars restaurants and shops! Parking not bad at 15 for overnight. »
