« Convenient location! I was worried about only having one bathroom while traveling with 3 teen girls, but it was perfect since the shower, toilet and dual sinks were all separated by their own door. This made it like have three bathrooms in terms of privacy and space for everyone getting ready. We had a great stay! »

« If you have a student at Belmont or Vanderbilt, this is the perfect place. We were able to walk to see our granddaughter's fashion show at Belmont, and she was able to hang out with us at the condo. It was exactly as listed: clean and convenient to shopping and restaurants. There was plenty of free parking. We enjoyed our three night stay so much! »

« This apartment was perfect for our group of two couples who stayed for 3 nights. We absolutely loved the decorations, the set up, and the whole vibe of the rental. Communication with the host was quick, easy and very pleasant. The location is also great for getting to downtown or any other locations around Nashville. We will definitely stay here again if we need to rent another place and will recommend it to friends and family. »

« Lovely property and location. Comfortable beds and updated bathrooms. It was raining the whole weekend so we didn’t have an opportunity to use the pool. Communication with the host was stellar. The only thing I think is important to be aware of is that parking is incredibly tight so if you have an SUV, your parking spaces will be severely limited. »

« A wonderful condo within walking distance of downtown Nashville, Broadway Street, Country Music Hall of Fame and restaurants. Parking was great, no issues with the big suburban. Loved that there was a coffee pot, filters, and ground coffee-a nice touch. Enjoyed looking out at the Cumberland River each morning. No pets allowed, so perfect for allergic/asthmatic spouse. »
