« The condo is super cute and clean. The location was perfect and I loved how secure the building felt including the secure parking. Huge bonus! Easy to get around and great access to walking trails. The stairwells and hallways are very dirty but the unit itself is great. The screening and check in process was a bit clunky and excessive requiring multiple attempts to complete a verification process leading up to arrival. »

« The location was perfect for downtown Tempe/ASU activities. Both were within short walking distance. The pool in the complex was very nice. There was an unloading zone in front of the unit to make unpacking and packing the car easy. A parking garage was across the street and if you prefer, free parking just two short blocks away. »

« The draw back of our stay here was there was no outdoor space. We’d like to eat our meals at the house, but the kitchen was not equipped for such a thing had to go to the Goodwill and buy pots and pans and sharp knives to prepare our food. Otherwise, they had lots of towels and washcloth in the bathroom. And beds were comfy. Neighbors were a little loud. Other unit apartment had four vehicles and one park on the sidewalk which was annoying. »

« My husband and I came to attend a medical conference. The rooms at the conference venue were very expensive with lots of extra costs. We found this place online and couldn’t be happier with our stay. Location from conference was about 15-20min drive. The unit was as described. Bed was comfortable. Good AC. Quiet location. The only thing that was a title off was, the previous renter didn’t leave the parking pass, so we were afraid of getting a ticket, as you have to park in the street....
