« The home is in an ideal location, right in the heart of town, with easy access to shops and restaurants, as well as walks up the hills. It’s very comfortable, with everything that my wife, son, and I needed for our stay. »

« The host experience was excellent, they were very helpful and we have no issue with the management company. When we arrived after travelling 12hrs with 2 small children and a baby the house had no heating or hot water on. We arrived at 10.30pm, the floors were all sticky and the smell of urine when we opened the front door was shocking and we didn’t expect that!We had to wash the floors so the children could play safely. Again not what we expected. The double bed had no mattress or pillow...

« We have stayed here twice and booked again for next year. Its a lovely house, close to all amenities, very clean and tidy.A couple of issues. No room for our recycling in the bins and rug in the front room was dangerous. 3 of us spilt hot drinks when we went to sit down on the sofe and it slid and knocked us off our feet.But we love it Thank you »

« Check in was a disaster. They didn't communicate through email any check in instructions, they use an App that I don't have or use. Once we cleared that up it took almost an hour from the time I got the the property to figure out their demands to get an expensive deposit made until I could get a code to get into the place. The management company the owner uses for check in is a disaster. Poor customer service, didn't respond to most emails. The place itself is small and basic which is fine....

« The house hadn’t been cleaned properly, there was thick dust on every surface in the bedrooms, the carpets hadn’t been hoovered, we were missing a duvet on one of the beds and we didn’t have enough towels. There was an ashtray in the garden full of cigarettes ends from the previous occupants. There’s no mirrors in the bedrooms and the bathroom mirrors have no plug sockets making it awkward for anyone using hairdryers. I would not recommend this property to anyone. »

« Host was fantastic and kept us informed on everything. The property was lovely and clean. Plenty of condements/Tea/Coffee available. The location was great, very quiet. We stayed for the weekend for a 50th birthday. We will be booking to return again. »
