They charge $25 to park or you can valet for $30. That is a daily rate. There is no pool on-site. The shower is built along a ledge and floods the bathroom floor everyday during showers, requiring numerous towels to clean up.

Avoid the Hotel. It's not a Westin, althoug the name is on the rooftop. The service is really bad. The breakfast is horrible and the waiters are lost. Only the view is nice, but no way the money worth.

Close to airport , ice machines didn’t work asked for ice they wouldn’t bring us any, and we were in our nightwear, didn’t clean our room!

What a total letdown. There were no amenities No pool available, no beach use due to construction, no fire pit or dining outside, no use of rooftop. And I had to pay for parking. Total false advertising. Gigantic kraines all over the property with yellow tape. We had a terrible stay. Should have stayed at the Hilton!!!!!

The room was ready over 5 hours after check in time. On the second day, housekeeping came to do the room after 4pm. The hotel is dated and not well maintained. There’s no pool and the food is mediocre. The phone by the bed was out of service. The bed covering is super heavy and uncomfortable. The AC position was annoying, hitting you straight when sitting or laying in bed.

The hotel is about 15 minutes away from Tampa city center and has a. very quiet and limited surrounding but it's price is very reasonable and it's clean and the rooms are great. Staying there saved us money and provided us a quiet escape from the city.

I stayed here last weekend and loved it. The valet staff was amazing and made traveling with my elderly mom so much easier. The pool and dj were great fun along with the singer on Saturday night. I felt like once there , you never have to venture out. I love it. Bartenders and reception staff were so warm and attentive too. I would definitely go back

Horrible place. There is no pool because it has a “private beach”. The private beach is nasty on a canal with boat traffic and oil slick and dirty water. Restaurant is terrible and restaurant staff even worse. The breakfast buffet is the biggest repoff at $22 per person. A cheap Holiday Inn has better free breakfast. Honestly I don’t see how this place can be a 4 star hotel. At least they have a Starbucks inside to make up for the horrible breakfast. Save your money and get a better place.

The hotel was clearly an older building but well Kept and clean. The problem was with the morning staff. 1. My husband had a question regarding logging onto the WiFi in the lobby. She basically ignored him, kept talking to her co worker and then took his phone and brought him to the pay to use. 2. Upon checkout it appeared that we had been charged twice. The man at the counter replied “ I have no idea how Expedia pays us”. That’s it. He thought that was a reasonable response. Then my husband asked for a printed receipt hoping that might clarify what had been charged- the employee sighed, literally rolled his eyes and then apologized to the 1 person in line behind us for the delay. Would not go back to this Westin because of these 2 employees.

We booked this hotel hoping it would be an all-in-one place for our getaway. While the hotel was nice, there were a few things that we wished we would have known ahead of booking. The main things were there was no refrigerator in the room, the safe in the room did not work (was told most of them did not), they were working on "improvements" at the time, the elevators had a mind of their own (sometimes waiting 10 mins) and the restaurant was out of a lot of items. We made the best out of it though and just chose to spend most of our time out and about.
