When you aren't sitting on the home's balcony or deck, gazing out at unforgettable views, get in the water via your boat or the provided kayaks from the dock. When you aren't gliding across the river via watercraft, cast your line to fish, play a yard game, or fire up the barbecue grill for a sweet summer cookout.

Expansive and full of light, the interior of The Roller Coaster River Retreat boasts high ceilings, comfortable furnishings, modern amenities, and continued views. Settle down with your favorite people amongst the soft sofas and Smart TV in the living room, or show off your culinary skills with the full kitchen's stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. There are multiple dining spots to gather around when mealtime comes around, ensuring family-style meals can be enjoyed with ease.

With seven bedrooms to choose from, rest assured that everyone will have the space they need to get comfortable. Several of the bedrooms have private balconies, and all of the bedrooms have ceiling fans, private TVs, and high-quality linens.

Let the fun continue in the home's fully-stocked game room, complete with a foosball table, Ping-Pong table, air hockey table, and basketball hoop. An additional Smart TV and couch are available here for movie nights. A private washer/dryer, board games, central air-conditioning, and children's items like baby gates and a Pack-N-Play round out the interior perks.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Swim and kayak in the river at your own risk. Alligators and snakes are common.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
