- SMOKING: there is absolutely no smoking at the home or anywhere on the property. You may smoke across the street or on the sidewalk in front of the home. Smoke smells in the home will result in a fine up to $500
- EXTERIOR CAMERAS: there are 2 exterior cameras located at each property, 1 on the patio and one at the entrance to the home.
- SECURITY SYSTEM: there is an alarm system available for guests to use. If you would like your own alarm code for you stay, please reach out and we will create one for you.
