Le service est impeccable et courtois. La piscine est magnifique. Les chambres sont pas propre et vielles, le bain est usé, la robinetterie manque de nettoyage, les murs sont troués et l’air climatisé est extrêmement bruyante, nous attendons tous ce qui se passe dehors. Dispendieux pour la qualité médiocre.

Hotel bien situé. Près de tout à pieds. Vraiment au Centre-Ville....avec les bruits qui vont avec......secteur assez bruyant (circulation, sirènes, camions qui reculent, tramway, etc). L'accès direct au boardwalk est parfait. Nous avions une chambre avec vue sur le canal avec balcon. Vraiment bien. Le petit bar près de la piscine que l'on a pu profiter grâce à une consommation gratuite offerte par l'hotel. Chambre très grande. C'est un hotel qui a un certain âge et dont les installations ont manqués d'amour (bain, tapis, mobilier, porte-patio, balcon, etc). Il y avait une odeur d'humidité dans la chambre en arrivant.

It was 95 degrees outside and our air conditioner in our room barely worked, we didn’t have a blow dryer and they charged extra fees after we checked out that wasn’t already included.

I stayed there memorial weekend, and my room would not get below the temp of 74 degrees the first 2 days I was complaining about it and the staff said they'd have someone look... Nothing changed. Went down there the next morning and brought it up and the supervisor said we can bring you a fan. I simply wanted a room change and it was like pulling teeth. I will never stay at that hotel again.

It was the worst there parking garage had rods sticking out the ground and blew my tire and they didn’t want to take responsibility. And have to pay to park where you already payed to stay.

Visit for work training onsite. Property recently acquired by Hilton and has not yet received the Hilton touch. Before the front desk staff greet you, the distinct hotel smell will; think riverwalk water trapped in carpet. Room had a balcony with view, but the door didn't work. Many walls in need of deep cleaning or repainting. Nice location, would consider revisiting after renovations.

From the moment I walked in until we checked out I loved it! The front desk was super helpful! My 1st room I was assigned too had a stench and right away they assisted me with a new room! Everyone was very welcoming and nice! The bartenders as well ! Loved the view from my room! And also loved the walking distance to certain restaurants! We will deff be staying here again!

The woman at the front desk over charged me even after reviewing my receipt and informing her the price was wrong. I was rushed away from the desk and overall greeted with hostility from this particular woman.

We booked 2 room for 1 night, at check in the rooms were warm and muggy, we set a/c settings lower and left for a concert. Upon returning many hours later the rooms were still warm. The office staff said the chiller was down and to report issue to our booking agent, that was Expedia.

The hotel was nice, clean and convenient but our room was HOT and the air conditioning didn’t work well. Also the shower was clogged and we had to take super quick showers because the tub filled fast. We asked for maintenance, but they didn’t arrive.

The room was dated and felt dirty. Furniture stained,corners of the room hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The bathroom was old cramped and the tub looked dirty. Carpet looked dirty. The only bonus was the location was perfect for visiting the River Walk. Note DJ plays music so loud on certain days it’s annoying. Don’t come ready to relax or take a nap after a day of travel when the pool party is going on. The 300 guest has to deal with extremely loud music for the 30 people at the pool. We walked the whole Riverwalk and our hotel was the only one with rap music bellowing out. Not everyone is in their twenties and appreciates it.

Room was very outdated and not very clean. Bed was super uncomfortable but covers were nice. Bartender was not the best very slow talked to everyone but us. Drinks were not good at all and it ended up being 60$ for two drinks that were horrible.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. I love the location, annex proximity to University of Tampa. There are probably fancier hotels in the neighborhood, but this is friendly affordable and walkable. I always always enjoy my stay.

Paid for a larger room with balcony and when we arrived they didn’t have it and put us in a smaller room that cost $90 less and told us the price was the same. Hotel is run down and the rooms smell like mold and the walls and baseboards are filthy. I’ve never even left a review but for $300 this place is horrible should be a 1 star. Also they leave out the charge you $25 travel fee or some nonsense and you can redeem it at their breakfast but they tried to charge for my two kids that are 6 and under.

I had a terrible experience with Hotel Tampa Riverwalk. I purchased two nights stay with them. I get to the hotel on Saturday afternoon about 2:00. The man at the front desk tells me that there are no rooms available at the moment (which I do understand check-in isn't technically until 4:00 so that is fine) he says he can hold our luggage and takes our phone number and says he will call us when our room is ready. So we have paid for valet to take our car, and they took our bags. We had a concert to go to so we head off to the concert trusting that our room will definitely be ready by the time we get back from the concert. Well we return later that night after the concert and they tell us that they have no room for us, even though we have already paid for two nights. So here it is almost midnight, and we have no place to stay. We are all the way from Virginia mind you. They were not apologetic; they did not try to help us find another hotel to stay at. They did not offer to reimburse our valet. They had no remorse and didn't try to help in anyway. They were rude and unkind. I was completely shocked. They just kicked me and my fiance' out where no where to go in the middle of the night. Terrible customer service! Absolutely terrible!

This is advertised as a 4 star, I won’t give it a 1 star. They just bought this property from Sheraton and did no changes, when you go to reception and complain there excuse is they are trying to collect money to renovate. AC doesn’t work properly, smell, dents, stains, mold, glass sliding door has rust around the frame, also the sliding glass door has a tint that is peeling and makes the glass look like it’s cracking so the river walk view we paid for never got. A please don’t make the mistake to open the sliding door your room will never get under 72. Pricing $300 for 1 king room $45 $25 resort fee $25 for basic breakfast if you choose to have it there. To top it of valet killed my car battery. I wouldn’t mind paying all this if I really was getting a 4 star room.

Les points faibles : Propreté, équipements, infrastructures et conditions de l’hébergement
Hotel needs major updating. Bathrooms are old and dirty looking. Carpet is dirty, Not a good location for an extended stay.
