Aunque trabajamos arduamente para actualizar y mantener nuestras instalaciones para brindarles a nuestros huéspedes la estadía más cómoda y placentera, a veces pueden ocurrir circunstancias imprevistas de vez en cuando. Siempre se recomienda a los huéspedes que avisen a la recepción sobre cualquier inquietud que puedan tener durante su estadía para que podamos tener la oportunidad de abordar estos problemas en ese momento.
