Really nice a hotel. The service is exceptional. The area around the pool and the bar is a fun place to spend your time. I definitely recommend this hotel if convenient location is your priority. You are 15-20 minutes away from the beaches, 6 minutes away from the airport and 5-10 minutes away from downtown. However, if you are looking for a nicer neighbourhood with bars, restaurants and lively vibes, maybe go elsewhere. There is not much to do around the hotel.

Hôtel charmante mais….
Hôtel charmante avec beaucoup de personnalité, par contre la chambre était très mal insonorisée nous entendions nos voisin et le corridor et ça nous a réveillé De plus, la douche était trop éco responsable le jet était insuffisant. Oreiller et matelas pas très confortable.

Magnifique tout était très bien, chambre superbe et deux lits. 2 bémols, le parking toujours plein et pas très pratique et la piscine (chauffée) au soleil que le matin vraiment dommage. Et avions passent au dessus toute la journée Mais dans l’ensemble bien

Hotel Alba was Amazing! I absolutely loved the staff there, everybody was nice and helpful. The front desk gave me options on which room I wanted to stay when I arrived. Also they checked on me during my stay via text and accommodate any needs. The walls are kind of thin that’s my only con but overall you would love your stay!

The pool area was kept clean but the room wasn’t cleaned properly and a bathing suit was inside the pull out sofa. The rooms have so much wasted space, they want you to reuse towels but don’t provide enough towel racks for even 2 people in a suite.

Everything was just perfect ! Bri and Brandy were great ! They were very accommodating and sweet. Taylor the young woman in the restaurant was so sweet and helpful. This hotel is truly one of a kind with just the right people working there. The pool area is just gorgeous! Housekeeping even came in the room and cleaned it up after my first night there. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody. Breakfast and amenities were flawless. I will definitely be back in the near future. I travel a lot. I have to say this was one of the biggest disappointments going. I read reviews, I looked at the online images. You walk in and think you’re at the 1 Hotel South Beach and then you turn the corner slightly and you’ve entered a motel. It looks like they dropped their entire budget into the lobby solely. The rooms in the suites have dirty mattresses in four rooms I walked into for the pull out couch. Every single one had massive dirt or blood stains. Absolutely disgusting. There are no staff on duty to help with anything. They constantly leave to go to pick up southwest crews and leave one person alone at the desk. There are no bottled waters, even for purchase. The windows in the outdoor rooms are like prison block windows, only for light. The rooms are dark. The parking situation is not the best either. To be honest, find a nice Marriott to stay at than this place. What an epic disappointment!

Hotel Alba was an amazing hotel. I came here for Mother’s Day with my daughter and we had an amazing time. The staff was amazing, very friendly and attentive. Even the other guests were amazing and very friendly. The rooms were beautiful and clean thanks to all the cleaning ladies, the amenities were impressive, check in and check out were very easy with an amazing front desk staff, and again the staff was outstanding. Brian and Sam were amazing bartenders! Overall, my Mother’s Day was beautiful and can’t thank the entire Hotel Alba staff enough!

Staff was very nice and helpful! They were always asking if they could do something for us. Did was really good as were the drinks. The pool was nice as well. Only hiccup was we were told the airport shuttle didn't need to be reserved, just come down when we depart to the airport. We did this and were told "someone should've told you they run a southwest schedule" and weren't available for the next 40 minutes.
