Enjoy the radiant Florida sunshine on a walk to Midtown for excellent shopping opportunities. Relish serene visits with your loved ones while exploring Hyde Park and the Riverwalk. Enjoy a family-friendly day full of amusements at Zoo Tampa at Lowry Park or Busch Gardens Theme Park. And don't forget to make any day a beach day at Ben T Davis Beach - less than eight miles away.

Inside, enjoy the cool breeze from the central air-conditioning as you sit in the living room and stream your favorite TV shows and movies. When you aren't hanging out here, head for the spacious sunroom, where additional seating and another large TV await. The home also has a full-size Pac-Man arcade game, yard checkers, and cornhole to entertain everyone.

Whip up delicious dishes in the well-equipped kitchen when you aren't indulging in the city's local fare. Here, cooking is made a breeze amongst the ample meal prep space and bright lighting. After eating, fire up the vintage arcade system for gaming, or refresh your day's wear in the private washer/dryer. The bedrooms are adorned with bright pops of color, tropical mementos, high-quality linens, and ceiling fans. The bathrooms are just as impressive with their marble finishes and large vanities.

Outside, your family can stretch their legs as you fire up the provided gas grill.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
