« Great house, spotlessly clean and brilliant location for walking and access to pubs and local shops. Bathrooms were good, the downstairs shower is the most powerful shower I've ever been in!! The kitchen had all the basics you need. Only thing we missed was having a freezer (we had to be very brave and have our G&Ts without ice) Owner communication was great throughout our stay and sorted a problem with the heating really quickly. The cottage backs on to one of the local pubs. Our visit...

« A lovely spot in a countryside location. The cottage, on a working farm, was very clean and comfortable and offered everything needed for a short break. The location, to the side of the A54, was not without some traffic noise, but this was more than made up for by the ease of access to nearby market towns, the Peak District and Manchester itself. Farmhouse Cottage is somewhere we'd stay again. »

« The property is everything that is listed in the advert and more. The cottage is in a fantastic stone village within easy walk to the Dale's. We had a very relaxing stay. There are Pubs and shops within an easy 2min walk. The location was handy for us to spend a day in York and a day in Chester and north Wales. We would highly recommend this property. »
