They helped us arrange a rental car and a snorkeling excursion. The condo was exceptionally clean with very nice amenities. The rooftop patio was sublime. « The house was perfect for my group of 14 adults. The daily housekeeping was very nice and the rooms were all very clean and comfortable. The location right on the beach is ideal. « La propriété est magnifique, l'espace extérieur est très grand et joliment aménagé. Les propriétaires Jolene et Gary sont très accueillants et charmants. Maria, qui prépare les petits déjeuners est excellente cuisinière et prépare quelque chose de différent chaque jour. Tout près de la plage, se marche bien mais, les rues n'étant pas pavées, c'est très poussiéreux. Ce fut un superbe séjour. Thank you Jolene and Gary for your kindness and hospitality. »

« It was a place well suited to our needs. Large space for the family while being very intimate for each couple. The photos are consistent with the house. Very nice decor, it feels good. The swimming pool in the inner courtyard is of good size. Very nice welcome and good communication, answered all our questions. The only improvement to be made is the functionality of the BBQ. Don't hesitate, it's a wonderful place to rent. »

« Let me start off by saying the pictures truly do not do this place justice. This place is UNREAL. It is way nicer in person, the property just underwent a renovation last year, everything feels fresh and new and luxurious. The view is unbelievable, the bathrooms are fresh and new, the A/C works incredibly well. It is basically set up like a hotel with 2 unique rooms, and then 6 standard rooms which are all great. « Beautiful well maintained and clean home. Five Star Tamarindo who manage the house went above and beyond prior/during our stay. They provide a ton of recommendations prior to our trip and arranged everything with regard to activities, dinner reservations, golf cart rental and airport transfers. « Great walkable location near beach suitable for several families. We had street parking but the overnight security made us feel very safe. Any immediate questions/issues were addressed quickly. The only real negative was a dishwasher that did not work very well. We found the pool to be a real necessity…enjoyed it and the inside/outside family areas. »

« First of all, Russ and Duncan are amazing hosts, very attentive to the needs of their tenants and very accessible. The villa is located in a quiet location very close to the beach and 25 minutes walk from Tamarindo, a lively place filled with very good restaurants and very trendy shops.
