This contemporary concrete home is designed with a mixture of the muted color palette of exposed concrete, warm touches of wood, and colorful decoration details that speak for themselves. The convenient distribution plan arranged the common spaces in the middle while the bedrooms are in opposite corners, and the third bedroom is detached for extra privacy. The huge glass doors from ceiling to floor filled the house with light and breeze.

The kitchen is minimalistic yet very convenient, it has an open concept and a very ample island with stools for 3, and the sliding doors let to an outdoor covered wood deck where there is a table for 6, we are sure you are going to love this spot where you can feel embraced by nature. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you need to feel like you are cooking in your own home.

There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and another with two single beds that can be joined into a king-sized bed upon request. The mattresses and linens are so comfortable you will wake up brand new. Don't worry about the natural light because de blackout blinds and curtains will control it to offer you the desired darkness to rest even at midday after lunch or a walk by the beach. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.

You can beat the tropical weather by opening the sliding doors, with the ceiling fans, or with the A/C. There is a full laundry room for your convenience, a parking spot as well as high-speed internet, and Smart TV with cable. The house is fully equipped for a great vacation and includes beach chairs, a cooler, and beach towels, also complimentary amenities such as coffee, spices, cooking oil, shampoo, and soap. There is space to park a car outside the property, with a gate.

In case you want to travel with your beloved four-pawns friend, there are three basic rules:
- A refundable deposit of $500 is needed in case of any damage.
- We must clean a bit more after you pet that’s why an extra cleaning fee of $75 is required.
- And your pet must be submitted to a pre-approval process.
