« Apartment is behind a bathroom, same building. Good thing is there is lots of space compared to other Japanese apartments. Furnishing are sparse, and apartment could be decorated better. Location is nice area, village with lots of small shop’s restaurants and local people. If owners had turned in AC before we arrived that would have helped our first impression, since when we arrived the apartment was super hot, and took hours to become comfortable. »

« We loved the old authentic experience of the house. It had a lot of space and is located in an excellent area. On the downside, the kitchen sink is the only place to wash your hands after using the toilet which is pretty gross. Because there is only one sink to wash vegetables, do the dishes, drink water, shave, and clean your hands… the area gets pretty crowded.
