Attente checkin 30min à 0h30... inacceptable Mais aussi attente de 20min au checkout Petit déjeuner : c’est la cohu et peu spacieux. Hôtel fréquenté par des groupes. Si on n’aime pas cela vaut mieux s’abstenir...!!

Spa et massages convenables
Une fois passée par l'accueil récupérer la carte magnétique de la chambre, celle ci n'était pas conforme à ma réservation. L'hôtesse d'accueil était au courant de ma réservation mais a décidé de me mettre dans une chambre que je n'avais pas réservée. Au bar, la serveuse était plus occupée à régler ses affaires au téléphone, que de servir le client. J'ai du attendre un quart d'heure avant qu'elle veuille bien me servir. Le spa et le centre de massages sont ouverts jusqu'à tard. Agréable après une journée de marche que de se relaxer dans le spa. Les massages, payants, sont corrects. Le petit déjeuner est copieux. L'hôtel est situé à quelques minutes du centre ville. Le trajet aéroport hôtel est à 10 euros.

Très bon séjour, Seuls point négatifs : beaucoup trop de chlore au niveau du spa et nous avions deux lits une place collés et non un lit double ce qui n'était pas confortable pour dormir

hotel est tres bien situé
le personnel n' est pas tres à l' ecoute du client. la literie de la chambre est trop petite pour etre bordée. Pas de possibilité si l' on consomme ou l' on mange à l' hotel de mettre la facture sur la chambre. Il faut d' abord redonner sa carte de credit , ils vous débitent 300 euro en caution qu' il vous rende au départ. j' ai parcouru le monde entier et je n' ai jamais eu se probleme , je pouvais tout payer en in de sejour

We would have been very happy with our stay, but in the last day when we were hoping to be able to continue using the spa facilities after check out, as we have always been able to do in the past, the hotel staff told us that this is not possible and if we wanted to use the spa we would have had to pay full price for a (three hour long) spa entry.

Ok comfortable
Everything was fine with the stay. Nothing spectacular but comfortable. The spa is nice (lap swimming is hard but relaxing in the pool/water massage stations/hot tub/sauna ok) and gym is great for a hotel gym.

after check in we noticed that the toilet was dysfunctional. the hotel crew reported that it had been fixed - but it wasn’t. on the morning we told the the front desk about the situation and claimed some sort of cash back sadly the front desk could not solve a cash back situation - first we have to mail the hotel.

Tosi siisti hotelli rauhallisella paikalla. Meillä oli perhesviitti, joka oli tilava ja kiva huone hyvillä maisemilla. Allasalue pienten lasten kanssa hyvä ja aamupala hyvä. Luksushotelli tämä ei ole mutta kaikinpuolin hyvä ja voisin mennä uudelleen :)

Really comfortable stay here, easy access to the old town and the large pool/spa area is a real treat. On several bus routes so easy to get here/from here to the ferry terminal. Had good food at both the Cafe Marguerite and the Bistro 250. Comfortable room, perhaps a little tired but very clean. Enjoyed my stay.

They’re a reliable accommodation option with outstanding staff and higher end breakfast. Can’t recommend them enough.
