Great Location to Visit My Nole
I’m a returning guest. If you’re visiting FSU, whether for game or to visit your Nole, the location can’t be beat. Studio is clean and well equipped. Zero complaints.

Couldn't ask for better!
I really want to give this property 1 star, selfishly, in hopes it deters others from staying so it's always available for our trips to Tallahassee, but I couldn't in good conscience. You truly couldn't ask for better as a couple going to a Noles game! Will definitely book again!

Just perfect
Last minute trip to Tally for my FSU student - reached out to host to request a modification which was granted with a quick reply. Check in was super easy and the space was just what I needed and had everything I wanted for a quick trip in and out of town. Parking was super close and convenient too. Planning to remember this location for future trips to see my Nole!! Thank you!!

This property was just as advertised: a one bed studio apartment. The finishes were fine but simple. It seems to be an old motel that was converted, but it’s location couldn’t be better to walk FSU’s campus.

I spent a couple of days in Tallahassee helping my son to move. The apartment have all you need, the kitchen is very complete. The instructions to arrive were very exact step by step.

This location was ideal for being right on campus for all things related to that…games, orientations, graduations, just a quick visit. Everything on campus is walkable and makes the trip a breeze. The apartment is remodeled and clean.

Perfect Home Base
I came down for the Tallahassee Bike Rally but it happed to coincide with the Florida State spring football game. My VRBO could not have been more centrally located. It's an apartment that has been converted from what looks like an old motel. It's literally spitting distance from Doak Campbell Stadium and FSU's bar scene. I was too tired and too old to hit them, but it looked fun. There was a CVS about two blocks away, an FSU merchandise store right next door, and a good grocery store about a half mile away. I only had my motorcycle, so I walked there, but looked like lots of restaurants and bars on the way as well. The apartment itself was perfectly adequate for my needs with a full kitchen and a very comfortable king bed. WiFi was surprisingly fast, too. Finally, I will add that even though it was one giant party going on outside this weekend, it was very quiet in the apartment as the walls were concrete and brick. The only thing I did hear was the rain Friday night which came and chased all the partiers away. Could not recommend this property more highly for someone who wants to be right in the heart of FSU or to explore Tallahassee.

Amazing location and super close to the campus!
Location was key, check in and out super easy! No key to keep up with! Super convenient to all things within walking distance; stadium, the entire campus, college town, restaurants, stores and shopping! Clean and comfy bed! Nice to have a full kitchen if you choose to cook at all. I will 100% stay here again in the future!

My daughter and I enjoyed staying in this room. The bed was comfortable and the TV had many options to watch plus the kitchenette was a plus. Loved the closeness to FSU which was the purpose for our visit.
