« The house itself was impeccably clean, offering a comfortable atmosphere. I especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. One of the beds was a bit squeaky, though. The surrounding environment was incredibly peaceful. Spending time in the backyard was lovely. Overall, it was a genuinely wonderful stay. »

« Great Location. The rental unit is renovated and nice but the building itself is older so no elevator and lots of old building noises like creaky pipes. If youre a light sleeper, and you have trouble with stairs, it may be challenging. Otherwise it was excellent. Easy check in. Great parking stall invluded. Close to everything and has everything in the suite you might need. »

« It's an old property that maybe hasn't been maintained the best. The room was clean and the beds were cosy despite how creaky they were. Ideally, you rent the place to sleep, make a quick breakfast using the kitchenette and otherwise spend all your day on the beach »

« There was alot of spiders throughout the house and all over the ceiling. There was no cushioning on the outdoor chairs. The barbeque has very dirty. As we were cooking dinner the power went out and we had to use the barbeque and it affected our dinner. We called the owner,and the property manager came and reset the breaker in the garage.He threatened to call the police after we confronted him about all the problems after our stay. »

« We came to Sylvan for my daughter's 21st bday. The motel is pretty much what you would expect from one of the cheaper options in town. The guy running the place was awesome. Very friendly and accommodating. We learned they are being torn down for some fancy condos in tbe near future so you get what you get 😆 For a quick one night stop it was worth the price for a place to crash right on Lakeshore Drive. »

« Room was large and clean. Breakfast was good. Could have had some fresh fruit. We found the pillows on the king size bed to be somewhat hard and uncomfortable. Overall we had a very good stay and would recommend it to others. »
