J’ai tout aimé, du professionnalisme des employés à la propreté du lieu. Je n’ai jamais vécu un tel service à la clientèle. Franchement je donne un 100%. En plus tout ce fait à pied depuis l’hôtel, circular quai, l’aquarium, le zoo etc...plein de restaurants autour. La seule chose que je déplore c’est l’explication sur l’inclusion du petit déjeuner quand on veut prendre cette option. Pour une famille avec deux enfants c’était écrit petit déjeuner inclus pour deux, sans spécifier que les enfants ne paye pas. Je me suis rendu compte de cela sur place et j’ai payé le petit déjeuner sur place qui aurait pu me coûter beaucoup moins cher en commandant avec la chambre. Mais je ne regrette pas de payer un supplément pour ça. C’était très bon. Franchement aucun point négatif sur l’hôtel.

The property is dated. My family and I were greeted by drain flies everywhere in the room. They were on the “cleaned” towels (which were not clean anymore), mirror, bed, flying everywhere. The shower room has mould everywhere. Room Carpet is dirty like it was never vacuum for years. Corridor carpet has visible dirt, dust and desperately needing a makeover. We used a mug in the room to take a effervescent tablet but staff just wipe with cloth and put back on the tray as a new mug. We discovered it as there were leftover tablet undissolved in the mug. That makes me wonder if all the mugs are washed properly. Overall, I was not comfortable at all with my 4 days stay. Mercure’s name is tarnished.

Took more than 10 mins to check in. One staff member doing check-in, others walking around and sitting in a nearby office fully aware that people had been waiting for some time and were becoming restless. They still refused to help even when the lobby was pretty full. Finally a few tourist buses turned up, and another staff member helped with the backlog.

Everything was great other than a reception staff member not allowing us to our room before 3 pm (unless we wanted to pay an extra $60) even though being told earlier we could register sooner if the room was ready which it was. After a 25 hr flight schedule to arrive, we were exhausted. Other than that, it was great! Thanks.

Excellent location, room was tidy and clean. Unfortunately the door connected to the room next to us was found to be unlocked, which was a serious mistake. And service was not up to standard - we required maintenance for the malfunctioning TV, but it’s still not fixed after almost a day. I feel doubtful towards the hotel’s rating after my stay.

スタッフの対応は普通。いろんな面で立地は大変良く、朝食も良かった。ただし4星ホテルとしては壁の汚れやキズがそのまま、バスタブにはキズ、シミも。最悪なのは浴槽内が掃除をしてないのか水垢なのかザラついてて、裸のままハンドタオル、シャンプーを使い洗い流して入りました。海外のホテルは結構利用しましたが、2星、3星クラスでもこんな事はありませんでした

Stayed for Taylor Swift concert and enjoyed the convenience of Mercure’s location. With all the fellow Swifities it was busy but staff remained very friendly. The breakfast was surprisingly good! Highly recommend with children and for concerts.
