WHAT WE LOVE





Perfect for a summer holiday, this stylish 2-bedroom luxury apartment is 200 meters away to Coogee Beach.

Embracing the calmness of this sophisticated Art Deco glamour apartment and take advantage of its self-contained private rooms with brand-new luxury furniture.





Close enough to all that Coogee has to offer, but tucked away in your own little piece of seclusion, a range of fine dining options and the beach are mere footsteps away. Try Farinha Pizzas e Massas Restaurant and many more just around the corner.

Head along the famous Eastern Suburbs coastal walk down to Coogee Beach where you can dine at your pick of caf along Coogee Bay road or pick up supplies from Woolworths supermarket if youd rather cook up a feast at home.

If you happen to visit on New Years Eve enjoy great views of the Coogee fireworks from Blenheim Park, a few minutes up the road.



With kids, walk with them to a fenced children's playground which is located on the perimeter of the oval on the corner of Brook and Dolphin Streets.

We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours.
We will not compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above mentioned hours.

Excellent location but no bang for your buck

Unit was clean but overall poorly maintained for age and price to rent.Broken and chipped items around the unit. Lack of supplies. Had to request extra mugs to be delivered as only 3 on premises. Spent most of the time running dishwasher so we could eat with clean utensils. Very prominent smell of mould and dampness which was concerning. Advised by property manager that unit recently treated but still very noticable. Not great when children sleeping downstairs. Location is great but significant lack of natural light. Garage door broken so car unsecured all week. No sense of urgency from management to fix this. Property manager responsive to concerns but left it to me to take photos and videos to explain concerns. Representative was suppose to visit but did not attend as advised. Smoke detector was disconnected on arrival and this took two days to correct. Overall not worth the high end price of the stay. Don't even start me on the lounge! significant

Just right

The apartment was exactly what we required and were expecting. A good location, so close to restaurants, beach (although it was winter when we stayed) and buses that can get you out and about easily. The apartment was easy to access and surprisingly quiet given how close to everything it is. We also had fun with the car turntable!

The property was very handy for the beach with everything we needed , it was clean and well lit . A big bonus was an allocated secure parking spot in the underground garage , so that we didn’t need to park on the street . We would definitely stay again

Quiet and spacious apartment in a great location

The apartment is in a great location very close to the beach and shops in Coogee. Despite this it is very quiet being located to the back of the building facing a garden courtyard and the buildings and trees above it on the hill. It is very spacious with the living room and kitchen on the upper level and bedrooms and bathrooms on the lower level. The main bedroom is especially large.

Great location, but not the cleanest property

The location was great- only one block away from Coogee beach. The staff was easy to reach and communicate with. However, we had an appliances that were not useable. There were crumbs all over the floor as if the place had not been vacuumed, the sheets for one of the beds had quite a few stains and there was no dish soap or scrub to wash the dishes (but we had to clean them according to check-out protocols).

This Bream Street gem served its purpose well for my bridal party and I. We wanted somewhere homely and inviting and that’s what we got. The decor was great for photographs due to its simplistic yet chic styling and it is so close to the beach!

Lovely property very close to local amenities

We stayed for 3 weeks over Christmas and New Year. The property is very central in Coogee and only minutes walk from the beach and shops/restaurants. Even the stop for the bus into central Sydney was a 30 second walk. We had a couple of issues outwith the owners control (woke up to no water one day and and another day woke up to a burst pipe on the washing machine) but both were fixed very quickly once reported. Overall we had a very nice stay and would definitely recommend this property.
