« Merci de nous avoir surclassé ! Nous avons passé une nuit vraiment agréable et en toute tranquillité. Votre restaurant est vraiment délicieux et le petit déjeuner spécial gallois est vraiment top. Notre étape est vraiment chouette. Votre hôtel est bien situé pour faire visites et balades. »

« Bin man came and the noise outside was terrible this woke us up and could not sleep. The room was a bit cold. Staff were rude and ignored us. »

« The shower is so small my 5"1' self couldn't turn around. The toilet paper sat on top of the towels with "who gives a crap" wrapped around it. The room itself looked like someone shopped at goodwill to decorate it. The bed was hard. There was seriously no thought in the room. The staff were not around. Overall it was one of the worst places I have stayed at. »

« We returned for our 2nd wedding anniversary and had an amazing stay. The staff were friendly and extremely accommodating. We had our two dogs with us who were treated as well as we were if not better! Breakfast had ample options and staff could not be more helpful. A relaxing atmosphere with beautiful views. We can’t wait to go back. »

« Very well-situated in centre of town, with shops and restaurants on doorstep. Room unpretentious but everything worked as it should. Bed very comfortable. The pub downstairs was friendly and good to sit in at the end of evening. »
