The floors were dirty but after we cleaned them the apartment was lovely, close to everything and friendly staff. On our departure the lift broke down and scared us for 2 minutes but the doors finally opened.

Thank you for taking time to place your review Kirsty. We are not sure what you mean about the windows sorry. The doors all slide open and therefore can be left open if required. As for the air conditioning, it works very well however sometimes it needs to be rebooted if the doors are left open. We were unaware of this and had you let us know, we would have gladly fixed this for you easily :-)

My ocean view was about 30cm wide between 2 tall buildings in front of my balcony. Very misleading advertising as others that advertise ocean views actually have full ocean views.

Hi Tracy, we are sorry that you were disappointed with your room outlook. However, we believe you there's been a misunderstanding of information, as we don't advertise our 2 bedroom apartments to have ocean views. Only our 3 bedroom apartments have those features. We checked our info on booking platforms and ocean views do not show up in 2 bedroom apartments descriptions. We still hope you enjoyed our location and everything that Mooloolaba has to offer. Quiet and comfortable oasis
We enjoyed a delightful few days in this clean and pleasant venue, even in lockdown for part of it! The managers were extremely helpful, assisting us to adjust our booking (extra bedroom) after we booked online, and arranging visitor parking. Could not fault this spot. Nice and quiet, off the main strip, but close to everything. Great views to mountains. And top quality service!

Outstanding apartment with excellent facilities in a great location at a good price. Have stayed in several other properties in the area, some at a significantly higher price, Cilento was the best.

Mooloolaba Getaway
Our stay at Cilento was very pleasant. It is situated in a very convenient location even though it is one street back from the esplanade. You can literally walk to everything you need and just leave your car in the security underground car park. There are arcades that lead through to the esplanade, walk to Coles, BWS, restaurants and bars. There are 2 really cool places just downstairs called Goodbar and Backlane, great food and drinks. The Wharf and Sea life are not far to walk with great variety of restaurants and activities to do. Not to mention the awesome beach right out the front of the Esplanade. Great location for a family holiday, the only negative would be the construction of a multilevel car park adjacent to Cilento, the noise was quite loud and started at 6:30 am every morning. The positive is that the construction appears to be almost finished and this would put an end to the noise disruption.

Great location and spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment with spa bath. Few minutes walk to beach, shops, Coles, restaurant or cafe. The unit and property was very clean. It rained most of our stay but we were happy we had NetFlix. Mark at reception was very friendly and welcoming. Easy check-in and check out.

Great location in Mooloolaba. Unit was clean, tidy and spacious. Off-street parking was great. Staff were extremely helpful. Would come back (hopefully when the weather is better!).

A great property but unfortunately the surrounding, and I mean surrounding, roadworks are incredibly noisy and run virtually 24/7. We couldn’t have the balcony door open, the noise was that loud, and during the night, needed earplugs to be able to sleep. Had we known of the noise issue, we would have stayed elsewhere. Apartment itself was great.

If you want a property on the beachfront, this place is not for you. However, if you want a very good apartment one block from the beach, centrally located with outstanding managers, this is the place. I did not meet the managers personally, but my wife said they were friendly, professional and caring. Our 2 bedroom apartment was a good size with a balcony and there was a narrow view through to the ocean. There was not too much noise from the street if the sliding door to the balcony was closed. I suspect the door was double glazed. The bed in the main bedroom was huge, and extremely comfortable, giving me two of the best sleeps I have had in years. The kitchen was a reasonable size with modern appliances, plenty of good crockery, cutlery and glasses. The main bathroom was a good size with 2 hand-basins. However, the exhaust fan is badly in need of a major clean. There were major roadworks around the property as a multi-storey carpark is nearing completion. We were advised of this prior to arrival. I definitely would return to Cilento when I am next on the Sunshine Coast.

Wonderfull place to stay. The Apartment was exceptional, the staff were very friendly and helpfull. On top of this, 'Free Wifi' actually did mean free Wifi for our whoile stay! No limited data allowance and then pay for more. 10/10.
