« A proximité de l'aéroport (T5) . Navettes payantes, mais le bus local N° 423 en direction de Hounslow dessert l'hôtel et le terminal 5 gratuitement. Chambres confortables et très propres. Aucun bruit constaté. Personnel efficace et accueillant. Restaurant sur place. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. »

« Great staff and accommodations met our needs. Location was 7 min walk to Paddington station. We were caught off guard the first night when we realized that the area was closed off after a certain hour around the hotel which required we go a long way around. The area near the hospital was a little suspect after hours. Overall, would highly recommend this location. »

« Très bien situé près de la station Waterloo, ce qui nous a autant permis de nous déplacer dans la ville pendant quelques jours que de prendre le train pour rejoindre Southampton d’où notre croisière partait. Le petit déjeuner était inclus et la nourriture et les breuvages étaient de qualité. Le seul bémol est que nous avions une chambre dans un sous-sol, donc la vue était inexistante, mais autrement nous recommandons fortement. »
