« Our “non-smoking” room was definitely a smoking room, at least at one point. It smelled awful and they said they couldn’t change us bc all of the non-smoking rooms were taken. Woke up with a sinus headache from whatever fumes were still in the room. »

« I reserved a Double Queen Suite which sleeps 6. The photos showed 2 queens plus a pull out couch in an adjacent room. What I got was 2 queens and in the adjacent room a live seat which was not a pull out. I attempted to call the front desk from the room phone… which had no dial tone and turned out not to be connected to anything… apparently just decorative. I called the hotel on my cell.. I was told that the property has NO pull out beds, and that they have NO CONTROL over what Expedia...
