« Terrible experience. The lady at the front desk told us we could not get towels for the pool. She said they were for people who were checking in later that night, but the pool was closing in 10 mind. I have NEVER seen people handed towels as they check in. My daughter and I weren’t given anything when we checked in! She was rude and just didn’t want to work. There were people drinking at the indoor, no alcohol allowed pool, and they left their cups of white wine around the pool when they were...

« They told me my reservation didn’t exist, but actually cancelled my original reservation and charged my card again because they didn’t have the room I booked. I booked a suite, they tried to tell me I didn’t, even though my reservation said suite and that’s what I was charged for. The check in process wasn’t professional, staff didn’t know what they were doing, and then they tried to enter our room at 8:00am. « I like the room we have chosen the only bump was that pool wasn’t open - what wasn’t mentioned on a website. We traveled with 6 year old who was excited about swimming. If we knew about pool situation definitely would chose different hotel. »
