« We had an amazing stay and took advantage of many of this homes’ amenities. Our group of 8 enjoyed card games at the huge dining table. We cooked meals using the outdoor kitchen and huge kitchen island. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed and lots more. The fire pit offered us a great night by the fire with s’mores. « Our family came from different places and stayed together here at the cottage for a wedding. There was plenty of room and four bathrooms was wonderful. The home had everything we needed and we enjoyed our stay in beautiful Buchanan, Virginia! We spent time sitting on the outside porches listening to the sound of the brook. »

« My husband, son, daughter in law, niece and her husband had a 3 day fishing trip planned nearby. I suggested this place rather than a hotel so the family would be more comfortable and be able to visit during non-fishing time (something separate hotel rooms just doesn't accommodate). « Peaceful, pastoral setting, yet only minutes from town. The house is exactly as pictured, VERY clean and beautifully appointed. Our family spent hours sitting on the porch, laughing and sharing stories. The kitchen is very well equipped. »

Everything we needed was provided and the super-clean house in a beautiful rural setting was the perfect spot to reminisce and share a delightful time together.
