« There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. « The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was great, the TV was nice but no local channels, I didn't use the washer/dryer but nice to have in the room. The only issue was road noise came through the large windows. »
