« This apartment was wonderful! The location was great and walkable to downtown, the host was very responsive and helpful, and it was very clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could have needed. The bed was comfortable and AC worked well. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone attending for a sporting event or concert. Could not have had a better experience!! »

« Nice apartment, and really (surprisingly) just a short drive to lots of what Pittsburgh has to offer (Oakland and Pitt, the Southside, Downtown, Strip, and lots of other neighborhoods). The check in and check out were super easy as well. I would recommend getting the parking upgrade if driving, just easier not to sweat residents only zones versus other areas (and arranging it through the host was a breeze), Great stay. »

« Tremendous view, great value! »

« Beautiful place in a beautiful neighborhood! Has everything you need for a stay in Pittsburg. Essentials in kitchen and bath provided. Washer/dryer in the unit. Extremely comfortable king bed. Street parking was fairly full, but there was always a spot in front of the house. Hope to return something in the future! »

« Beautiful property in the heart of Lawrenceville. Everything was clean and comfortable and the host was excellent. »

« very responsive! »

« Unfortunately, I can't recommend this Grand Avenue Apt. as it was sub-par to all those I've stayed in. It offers only the most bare basics in the kitchen (eg, only 1 small pairing knife, minimal utensils, no corkscrew or bottle opener, and no cooking supplies), the view is only from the street (not the apt), the wifi continually went out, the AC only cools the bedroom, and the mattress was lumpy and broken (listing significantly to one side against the wall). It's a shame as, with some attention...

« A beautiful property with excellent location. I have never had such clear and abundant information. The courtesy was above what I could have hoped for. Would highly recommend. »

« The apartment itself was very clean, spacious and modern. No complaints. The outside of the building was a bit rough with trash all around and the neighborhood was a bit sketchy. The “included parking” is street parking - so that “perk” felt a little misleading, but my car was still there when I woke up lol. The only issue was the air condition - it worked great, but anytime it was on you could hear something flapping around in the exposed ventilation system which was quite loud. Otherwise good....

« Property is setup for easy check-in and check-out. It was clean and quiet. »
