« Our family of four stayed here for 5 nights for a Kettering graduation. The location was wonderful with easy access to groceries and the college. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We enjoyed evening walks around the house and sitting on the deck in the sunshine. Basil was a great host and was responsive when we had questions. « Owners are very good about communication. We had an unexpected issue we had to alert them about and they were very prompt with communication. The place is very nice, not too big and not too small. Perfect for a few people, especially if you'll be spending lots of time out of the house during the day. Enough room to enjoy comfortably, but not too much where it's excessive. We love the basement area. We booked this house last year and decided to go back again this year and we're glad we did! »

"Avis très positif pour cet hôtel, surtout grâce à son emplacement en plein centre-ville de Cincinnati, qui permet de tout faire à pied. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et confortable, ce qui rend le séjour vraiment agréable. Le lobby m’a paru un peu froid et impersonnel, mais le petit déjeuner est correct et le personnel agréable, disponible et souriant. Le gros point fort reste la situation : en plein centre, à proximité immédiate des restaurants et des principales attractions, ce qui est idéal pour se déplacer sans voiture. Autre atout pratique, le parking se trouve juste en face de l’hôtel, ce qui facilite énormément l’arrivée et le départ."
