« Overall I would say the property is "just ok." My POV is based on the fact that we stayed for 2 weeks (needs are very different than a couple of nights). On a positive side I think the location is excellent (anything you need is close by). « We arrived and the AC was broken. Took a shower and there were exactly 2 towels, one for each of us. Ended up asking for refund and received 25%. The host was nice and very apologetic, but I would not choose to stay in the property again. »

« I never received any check in instructions and ended up having to send a message to the host an hour before check in to ask for details including the location. The main reason I chose this place was because I wanted to hang out and relax in the back yard with the firepit. When I arrived, I found there was no propane tank for the fire pit and no wood for the chiminea.Not a great location, either, but it was clean and the hot tub was nice. »

« Conveniently located near the things we wanted to see and do. Enjoyed the Edgewater Public Market for a casual dinner. Lots of families with kids there. Meow Wolf Art experience was a short drive away and really interesting. Also walked around Sloan Lake. The condo was reasonable, but the kitchen needed some more things to make it functional. (I gave the host a list, hopefully it will be augmented.) Also note that it is on the second floor so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs. »

« This place is incredible. The views of downtown are beautiful, and the location couldn’t be better. We chose it so we could walk to Mile High Stadium for a soccer game, and it took less than five minutes. If you’re planning to attend a concert or sporting event, this is a perfect spot. Check-in was simple and smooth. The host sent the door and garage codes about an hour before arrival, responded quickly to questions, and was easy to reach.
