« The apartment was very quaint! Bed o was very soft and comfy. Had trouble with the AC on a Saturday night owner was on top of it immediately and had it fixed. »

« Très bien situé cependant le tapis est très vieux, les chambres ont besoin d’être renouvelé. Les meubles , tables et chaises devront être changé. Les divans dans le salon sentait la cigarette. Il y a un grand manque des accessoires de cuisine, et serviettes. La cuisine et salle de bain sont fraîchement rénové et l’emplacement est bien situé. Je ne reprendrais pas cet établissement. »

« My 18 yr old son and I rented this condo for a quick trip to Denver. It is extremely quiet in this building. The condo was clean, pots and pans, streaming tv (need ur own logins), love the small patio and we felt safe due to a building lock, hallway lock and then of course ur front door lock. If you want somewhere quiet, this is the place for you. I never heard one person the entire 3 days I was there. Host are very nice. »

« Accurate description and pics. Close to some pretty good restaurants and coffee. Location was good for us, neighborhood was quiet as well. Walked in the mornings, close to Denver city park, museum, and zoo if that’s of interest. »

« Very clean quiet comfortable place. Great beds showers and a well stocked kitchen. Great communication and 15-20 min drive to Red Rocks. Hope to stay here again. »

« The backyard outdoor space with the pool and the proximity to Disneyland were the selling points for this property. The number of rooms, beds, and bathrooms fit our 8 member family well. The space was clean, however it needs to be noted that the traffic outside the master bedroom windows is significant. If you are used to living next to a busy street, then no problem. »

« If I had to describe our stay in one word, I would use luxury from the well appointed fully functional kitchen to the luxurious bathrooms. The beds and the sheets were super comfortable got great rest. The neighborhood is easy to get to easy on and off of I 25. Would totally stay here again and would totally recommend it to any family or small group passing through Denver! »

« We enjoyed our stay very much and Meg was great to work with! The condo was very nice and bed was comfortable. The unit is right next to a road but we couldnt hear the traffic. We were able to walk everywhere in the cute town of Golden. If you want to tour the Coors Brewery it is a very close walk as are all of the restaurants and shops in downtown Golden »

« We stayed at this property in Old Town when visiting family in Arvada. The location was perfect! Once we understood how to get in and out using the fob and where to park we were ready to enjoy the area! The host was very responsive to our questions and we look forward to staying here again! »
