« We celebrated my wife's birthday with a high speed ferry trip from Muskegon to Milwaukee. We stayed at the Pfister. It was an outstanding experience from start to finish. We stayed on the historic side of the hotel. Rooms were beautiful, the staff most helpful, internal dining options outstanding and the amenities were top notch. Pool on the 23rd floor was a bonus. Location was perfect. Worth every penny. The experience was so nice that we stopped noticing that there were renovations going on....

« The theme and atmosphere of the hotel are awesome. Large room, nice shower, and super-comfortable bedding. But... Service does not worth 4****: you have to make your bed yourself. Daily make-up of the room is only optional. Speaking comfort: the hotel is situated right next to a rail-way where an old super-noisy trains for goods pass at any time of the night. »
