« We got there late but they got us promptly checked in the gentleman behind the desk. That evening was really friendly. The next morning I watched an irrational customer being sectionally rude to the guy who happened to be behind the desk that morning who took it all in stride. It's very friendly and tried to be accommodating. The breakfast was okay. Normal fair for a hotel. Rooms were clean. »

« The room was really clean, the bed was soft and comfortable, we had everything we needed and it is located in a really cool area- I was hesitant about not staying in Lake Geneva, however, I actually thing this area is even better- a chill lake vibe with a great cafe, adorable little bar and ice cream shop that you can walk to. There is a public beach right across the street and an amazing marina right in the backyard. The bar and restaurant look great too. »
