« One of my favorite hotels! It’s so nice and clean! »

« The Brick Street Hotel was easy to find and the parking was great. We did notice an odor when entering the room. We ran water in the shower and the sink and it finally dissipated. It would be nice if you could cover the bright degree signage for the AC unit on the ceiling. It felt like we had a night light on and could not sleep well. My husband said his side of the bed was dropping and he did not prefer the mattress. The Artisan Restaurant was wonderful and the food tasted great! »

« Staff is verry Unfortunetely property needs a lot of upgrades. Breakfast area looks very dirty. Coffe machine on Sunday was out of order, they ran out if napkins. sVery sad to see that. There is no one in the breakfast ares while breakfast is in progress to check to see if people need anything. Trash can is over filled with trush, looks like trash has been sitting theer for days. »

« When I first got there in the evening my room smelled like someone had previously smoked in it, went to front desk, they apologized and changed my room right away. Second room was clean, however it could use a bit more of deep clean in the shower area. Pool at the time was green and definitely needed a bit more scrubbing around the walls. I think something was maybe malfunctioning in the pool because the vaccum robot was just still in the bottom. We were unfortunately unable to use the pool....

« The front desk clerk was very knowledgeable and the lady housekeeper Brent was an amazing lady great sweet personality. Would recommend this play to stay in. »
