Front desk young man was rude. At check in he stood there typing on computer for 10+ minutes before he even checked me in. Didn’t say any thing why, no one else was waiting and he was not on the phone.
When we got to our room the bathtub was overflowing, flooded the floor since the bathmat was hanging over the edge and wicked water out. I told same young man. He didn’t apologize. I said I needed new towels since I used them to wipe up floor. Told him tub faucet was dripping. He barely spoke to me. Didn’t seem to believe me and acted like I was just after more towels.
Pool area lights were super dim. It was very cold in pool area. Hot tub was not hot enough. Pool area was not clean. Dirty bandaids laying around. So we went back to room. Cold and stinking from chlorine. Could not shower since the water was shut off. Front desk man was checking new people in and not telling them there was no water. We had to sit wet, cold for 2 hours while waiting.
The elevator was making scary noises. Tv randomly shut off. There was no decaf coffee in room, I asked for some, he gave me one to make one small cup. I asked for more. He gave me one more. Breakfast didn’t have decaf either.
Breakfast was pretty good. Except there no forks or cream until 40 minutes after breakfast started.
Poorly managed hotel. General lack of maintenance.
Morning front desk lady was pleasant.
