« Everything was great except for my check in. The guy at the counter, Dillan, set me up on the 6th floor near the elevators (605). I explicitly voiced my concern about elevator noise, which he dismissed outright. Turns out I was not able to get the rest I needed due to the elevator noise as well as other mechanical noises coming from the roof. Very disappointing.
