We were there for my best friend's funeral and needless to say i was not in a good head space to begin with.
Our check in was a disaster. We got our door cards and headed up all the stairs with our luggage to find that our cards didn't work. We were thankful our adult daughter was with us so she could run down the stairs to get them fixed. She did this 3 times and they still weren't fixed. Then the front desk person said he'd come up to fix it and he did.
After we were finally in our room, my husband turned the TV on and it was not connected to the wifi and I called down for assistance. No answer. I tried several times in an hour but no answer every time. Then my husband went down there and no one was around. He ended up finding someone (not the front desk person) and he said he would send him up in 10 minutes. He never came
. I called the IT service desk from the QR code on the TV and they were able to bypass the screens to get us into the TV.
The beds were really high and lumpy. The pillows were very "used" I prefer a feather pillow and they were spongy with lumps.
The refrigerator smelled so bad. It filled the room. I saw other people put theirs out in the hall, probably for the same reason
I've stayed in thousands of hotels in my life and this is definitely one of the worst. Very disappointed.
