« We were so impressed with the attention to detail. We stay with VRBO atleast 1 a month and this property is one of our favorites. These owners really take the extea step to make you feel at home. All the extras were so appreciated. Especially all the coffee cups! We stayed here for a weekend while fishing Rend Lake. Loved little town of Benton. Everyrhing you need close by. We will be back! « This was a charming apartment in an old house. It had some imperfections, but most added fun character. Parking was easy and lock codes were provided before our arrival and worked. The stairs are not ideal, but worked for our family. There are long-term residents in the other apartments, but our interactions with them were good and minimal. We were visiting for a funeral and booked our stay last-minute and appreciated the ability for that. The host is very quick to respond. We did have an issue...

« It was right in the thick of things and near everything. You can hear the train horns in the distance, and it had a nice big green yard. Also had a large deck but we had rain the whole time we were there, but it will hold a lot of people and had a dining table out there. Worked great as near all the family we went to see. »

« Really unique spot to stay if you’re going to be in Paducah and don’t mind climbing a good amount of stairs. The layout is really interesting and the place is quite large so if you’re staying with a group you can have plenty of space to spread out. Great views on the rooftop deck. The space was very clean and we appreciated the snacks and coffee provided. »
